At Noor Nest, we want every item you receive to feel just right in faith, fit, and feeling. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

🛍️ Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, returns on hijabs, veils, innerwear, and gift sets are not accepted unless faulty.

🌍 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. A flat return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and regional logistics:
• South Africa: R120
• UK & Europe: €15
• USA & Canada: $18
• Australia & New Zealand: AUD $25
• Middle East: $15 (USD)
• Other regions: Calculated based on location

We’ll provide a prepaid label if available in your region or assist with guidance for tracked returns.

💳 Refunds & Processing
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the item was defective or incorrect, return fees are waived and a full refund is issued.

🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the item you want.
